4:00 - 5:30 PM: Photos and cocktail hour.
5:30 - 7:00 PM: Dinner, speeches, and the first dances.
7:00 - 8:00 PM: Desserts, espresso, and prizes.
10:45 PM: Last call!
Midnight: Venue closes.
